NAME INSPIRATION

Big Lug Country Pub in Pendleton is on a golf course that looks like it is tended by goats. (no offence intended, Pendleton). Goat Ranch is a beer to drink outside on a sunny day.

FOOD PAIRING

Pairs best with lighter foods including salads, baked fish, lightly seasoned chicken and cold sandwiches. Will pair with stronger foods to a lesser degree especially plain or lightly accoutered beef.
